Terms of use

Short version: this site helps you find a rental on Bonaire and then sends you to the provider. We are not the landlord, we do not take bookings, and we are not part of any agreement you make. The longer version follows.

What this site is

Rent a Home Bonaire is an information service. We collect what rental providers on Bonaire publish themselves and present it in one search, so you can compare without visiting a dozen sites. Using it is free. Browsing and searching needs no account; listing a property yourself does, made with just an email address.

We are not a party to your rental

We own no property, we manage none, and we take no bookings or payments. Any agreement you enter into is between you and the provider or owner. Their terms, their prices and their conditions apply, and any dispute is between you and them.

The information here can be wrong

We do our best to keep the data accurate and we say openly how it is gathered on how we source listings. Even so, prices change, properties get let, and providers edit their pages. Treat everything here as an indication and check with the provider before you commit to anything. Where our information differs from the provider’s, theirs is correct.

We offer this site as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

Content and who owns it

The property descriptions and photos belong to the providers who published them. We show an excerpt with their name on it and link to the original. The rest of the site, including the summaries, distances, guides and the design, is ours.

You are welcome to use this site to find a place to live or stay. You may not copy the collection systematically, scrape it in bulk, or republish it as your own. Linking to us is always fine.

Providers and owners

If you are a provider and something about your listing is wrong, or you would rather not appear here at all, tell us and we will correct or remove it. We do not charge providers to be listed and no provider can pay to rank higher.

Commission

Some links to providers earn us a commission when you book through them. It costs you nothing extra and it never affects the order in which properties are shown. This is explained in full on how we source listings.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Kralendijk, Bonaire.
